RAM DASS

LOVE SERVE REMEMBER was a boxed set of 6 LPs that ZBS produced with Ram Dass in 1973. It contains phone calls, Ram Dass reading from the Third Chinese Patriarch of Zen, The Gospel According to John, the Ramayana, and music.

The phone calls are especially moving. They were recorded at WBAI in New York City. His advice to the callers is wonderful, so fresh, as though it were said yesterday. Ram Dass’ spiritual path being the Path of the Heart, his wisdom does not date.

Over the years people have asked us to re-release the album. It was an expense we couldn’t take on. But now, with permission from the Ram Dass Institute, we are delighted to offer this 6 LP set as MP3 downloads 4.7 hours in duration. They have been digitized from the original tape masters.

Having Ram Dass in our studio was a special event, he’s a great spiritual teacher, he was fun to work with, and he certainly has a fine sense of humor.
